Lean Six Sigma

Six Sigma helps organization to give diligent attention to improving business processes which is strong results orientated. The Six Sigma training consists of Six Sigma Green Belts, Yellow Belts and Black Belts.

Poka Yoke

Poka-Yoke is a Japanese term that means “mistake-proofing”. Its purpose is to eliminate product defects by preventing, correcting and drawing attention to human errors as they occur. Through Poka-Yoke training, we aim to achieve “Zero-Defect” in our processes.

5S

5S is an old and proven philosophy and methodology for organizing, developing, cleaning and sustaining a functional and efficient work environment which focuses on improving quality, safety, productivity and efficiency in the organization.

TQM

Total quality is a description of the culture, attitude and organization of a company that strives to provide customers with products and services that satisfy their needs. The culture requires quality in all aspects of the company’s operations, with processes being done right the first time and defects and waste eradicated from operations.

This course exposes participants to contemporary knowledge and techniques of TQM, enabling them to articulate and implement quality improvement processes in the workplace, in line with the philosophy of TQM.

Toyota Production System (TPS)

The Toyota Production System (TPS) is an integrated socio-technical system, developed by Toyota, that comprises its management philosophy and practices. TPS assures organization are committed to high quality, high productivity and also reduced manufacturing lead time.

Toyota Production System constantly evolving fundamental principles of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices which improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the production in a company.

Train-The-Trainer

A train-the-trainer model enables instructors to learn how to deliver courses, workshops and seminars. This ensures that employees get timely training to complete tasks according to company policies and procedures. Train-the-trainer sessions typically prepare instructors to present information effectively, respond to participant questions and lead activities that reinforce learning.
